Dear Lincoln School Community,
I would like to thank all of you for a wonderful year at Lincoln School! I am very grateful to have the opportunity to serve as the principal of Lincoln, and to have the opportunity to work each and every day with such amazing children, staff members, and parents. Over the course of the school year, I have greatly enjoyed seeing your children learn and grow as students and as individuals. Thank you all for your tremendous support throughout the year. Lincoln School truly is a special place!
Today, we said goodbye to a remarkable class of 5th graders. We began the day with our annual "5th Grade Farewell," recognizing the wonderful accomplishments of this great group of students. We concluded the day with a "Clap Out," in which our students said farewell and best wishes to our 5th graders as they head off to Eisenhower Middle School! Congratulations and good luck, class of 2024!
Please note that report cards will go 'live' on Genesis later this afternoon/evening. If you have difficulty accessing the Parent Portal, please contact the Genesis HelpDesk at genesis@wyckoffps.org.
If your child is missing any clothing items, please be sure to check our lost and found! All of the lost and found items that are left in the MPR after June 28th will be donated.
I encourage our students to keep reading this summer! The District Reading Specialists have created summer reading resources that are available on the District website, and can be accessed by clicking here.
Please click here to view the summer curriculum platforms that are available for students in grades K - 5.
I will be sending periodic updates throughout the summer, but in the meantime, I wish you a very happy, healthy, and exciting summer! See you in September!
Sincerely,
Patrick Lee
Principal

WEF “BACK TO SCHOOL” COLOR FUN RUN:
Last Friday, we held a kick-off for the upcoming WEF "Back to School" Color Run featuring Adam Kaplan from Schoolathon! Mark your calendars, this year's event is being held on Saturday, September 7, at 11 am at Eisenhower Middle. This will be the official kick off of the school year for the entire community. Here is a clip from last year:
Additionally, there is some friendly competition among the 5 schools:
• “Top School for Donations Raised” Receives a $500 Bonus to their PE program
• “Winners Circle”: Top 3 – 5 students from each school get to:
- Stand with DJ and shout - “Runners start your race!”
- “Blast” their principal with color
Obviously, we want to win the “Top School for Donations”! Please help us get there! Every little bit counts! Funds will be used across the Wyckoff School District to fund scholastic programs outside of the school budget. Let’s win this! What a great way to start the new year and kick-off WEF's 35th Anniversary!
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out directly to WEF at info@wefnj.org or 201-977-2885
