Dear Lincoln School Community,
On Thursday, our 4th graders were treated to a visit to the historic Wyckoff Zabriskie House. Students had an opportunity to learn about the early settlers that lived right here in our own hometown. Thank you to the District Curriculum Department, our 4th grade teachers and staff, and the Zabriskie House volunteers for supporting and facilitating this visit.
The Third and Fourth Grade Spring Concert will be held on Wednesday, March 27th at 2:00 pm in the gymnasium. We look forward to hearing the musical talents of our 3rd and 4th graders!
Please join us on the evening of Wednesday, March 27th for the annual Lincoln School Science Fair! We look forward to seeing the experiments, explorations, and exciting research done by our young scientists. The Lincoln School Science Fair will be held from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Wednesday, March 27th, in the Multipurpose Room.
Report cards for the second marking period are available for viewing on Genesis today, March 24th, at the end of the school day. If you have any difficulty accessing the portal, please email our Genesis help desk at genesis@wyckoffps.org.
Finally, please note that all District schools will be closed on Friday, March 29th in observance of Good Friday.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Sincerely,
Patrick Lee
Principal

LINCOLN LOVES READING CHALLENGE:
Our first ever Lincoln Loves Reading month challenge is almost halfway completed. As announced last week, we are working as a whole school community to 'Read through the height of all the Lincoln grownups' before the end of our reading month on Thursday 3/28. Students in all grades are welcome to participate! Books that a student (or Lincoln grownup) reads independently, listens to on audio books, reads with someone, or is read aloud to all count! To kick off our Lincoln Loves Reading month, Mr. Lee has agreed to dress up for the day if we complete the challenge! The votes have been cast and the winning costume [if we complete the challenge] is a dog! Below is the link to send in the books you finish!
