Lincoln Logo

Dear Lincoln School Community,

This past Tuesday, the number 3.14 was on everyone's minds as students participated in a series of fun math games and activities in honor of the number Pi. Thank you to the many parent volunteers who assisted, and a special note of gratitude to our parent coordinators, Mrs. Joudeh and Mrs. Pianelli, as well as our staff for helping facilitate the lessons.

Thank you to all of the students, parents and teachers that joined us for last night’s “Lincoln School Family Makerspace Night!” Those in attendance enjoyed playing and learning with everything from robots to LEGOS, and stop motion to coding. We look forward to additional opportunities to share our Makerspace work with the community. Thank you to Mr. Patanella for planning and organizing this fun event!

Report cards will be going live on the Genesis Parent Portal on Friday, March 22nd at the end of the school day.  Report cards are essential tools of communication between your child's teacher and you, as parents and guardians.  I look forward to continued collaboration between home and school as we work together to ensure your child's academic success.  If you have any difficulty accessing the portal, please email our Genesis helpdesk at

As a reminder, we have a number of items in our Lost & Found, located in our Multi Purpose Room. Please stop by to identify any missing clothing or other items by next Monday, March 22nd. Any unclaimed items will be donated after this date.

Have a wonderful weekend, and Happy St. Patrick’s Day☘️!

Patrick Lee

Our first ever Lincoln Loves Reading month challenge is almost halfway completed.  As announced last week, we are working as a whole school community to 'Read through the height of all the Lincoln grownups' before the end of our reading month on Thursday 3/28.  Students in all grades are welcome to participate!  Books that a student (or Lincoln grownup) reads independently, listens to on audio books, reads with someone, or is read aloud to all count!  To kick off our Lincoln Loves Reading month, Mr. Lee has agreed to dress up for the day if we complete the challenge!  The votes have been cast and the winning costume [if we complete the challenge] is a dog!  Below is the link to send in the books you finish!

The Wyckoff Township Committee and the Environmental Commission invite all residents and Wyckoff groups to the Environmental Commission and NJ Clean Communities annual Team Up to Tidy Up litter cleanup day on Saturday, April 27, 2024 (rain date- Saturday, May 4, 2024).  Volunteers should meet at Town Hall, 340 Franklin Avenue, in the second-floor courtroom beginning at 8:30 am to check in or register and get their supplies. The cleanup and a group photo will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.

If you are interested in joining us, please email or call me at 201-891-7000 ext.1180 for more information.  If you are unable to join us for the event, please continue to spread the word that a litter-free environment helps to reduce pollution, protect our waterways and is against the law!

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, April 27.  See click here to view the flyer for more details.

Parents and guardians of incoming Kindergarteners, please click here for information on registering your child in the digital portal for September 2024.  If you have an incoming Kindergartener who will be five years of age on or before October 1, 2024 that will be attending Lincoln School in September 2024, please email Mrs. DiMeglio at so that we may begin planning accordingly. Please select that the child you are registering is a sibling of a current student, and use the drop down showing that your older child attends Lincoln School.
