flag day

A huge thank you to the Coolidge PTO for organizing our 3rd and 4th-grade Bicycle Safety Rally last week. We also thank Police Officer Zivkovich for teaching our students about the importance of bicycle safety. Lastly, thank you to the Coolidge PTO for funding our Uncle Louie’s Italian Ice truck on Friday. Students enjoyed the special treat!

We had a great Flag Day ceremony last week, filled with speeches from our Student Council and patriotic songs. It was a great way to remind our students of the importance of citizenship and freedom and gear us up for the 250th Anniversary of America.

It is hard to believe that we are almost at the conclusion of the 2025-2026 school year! We look forward to continuing the recognition of our 5th grade with a Memory Book Breakfast on Monday, June 22nd, at 9:00 am in the MPR. This event is for students only, coordinated by our 5th-grade parent reps. Following breakfast, all 5th-grade parents are invited to attend a brief ceremony in the gym at 9:45 am, where each child’s name will be called out, followed by a video prepared by our 5th-grade parent reps. Parents should enter directly via the gym doors. This event is limited to two parents per student. In addition, the 5th-grade “Clap Out” will be held at approximately 12:55 on Tuesday, June 23rd, at their regular dismissal door, as we bid farewell to our 5th graders.

If your child is missing any clothing items, please be sure to check our lost and found. All of the lost and found items that are left after June 30th will be donated.
